Hi! It looks like we met at Reconvene. 

I am Lauren Rothlisberger, this is what I look like in case you need a quick reminder.

It is not a fancy photo, because I am not a fancy person. Most days you will find me in athleisure and flip flops. Here we are out hiking with the kids in western NC.

We are building a portfolio of storage assets. Currently we are buying:

value-add, class B & C self-storage, contractor storage, and small warehouse space. 

  • We help people and businesses store things big and small. We are buying in the southeast with a core focus on eastern North Carolina. 

  • We operate under our micro (yes, very small) private equity shop, Everett & Harvey. You can read a bit more about us (and where that name came from) here.

  • Kids: I have 4 of them. 3 teenage girls and a 9 year old son.

  • Army: I have been an Army wife for 18+ years. I have lived in many places and have unpacked a lot of boxes. 

  • North Carolina: I live south of Raleigh

  • Baseball: This is favorite sport. Nationals are my team, it has been a tough year for us.

  • F1: Yes I am a new fan thanks to Netflix. LeClerc is my favorite driver even if Ferrari can’t figure out how to manage their team. I also like George Russell. 

  • Cars: I don’t have a cool one… AT ALL. My minivan has 200K miles on it, it is my true ride or die. 

  • Travel: I love to travel. We spent three years stationed overseas in Europe and it was an amazing opportunity. My favorite place is Slovenia.
